Pilates is a system of exercises using your own body and also special apparatus designed to improve physical strength, core integrity, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. It is a practice that compliments all forms of fitness and sport. The Pilates Studio opened its doors in September 2019 and was specifically designed to house our Balanced Body equipment and provide small group and private workouts.
Our aim is to create a refreshing and welcoming environment that leaves you feeling happy and satisfied with your workouts. Pilates is a lifelong practice and we want you to become part of our Pilates family.
