We offer a Pilates Quick Start package which is 1 private session and 1 group class credit to help get you stared.

Private training is also great option for those who need or would like more 1-2-1 training to ensure all their needs are being met in regards to their specific goals.

How do I sign up for group classes?

Once you are ready to sign up for group classes all you need to do is purhcase the package that is right for your needs. We offer packages in 1, 5, 10 and 15 denominations as well as a Pilates Addict Pass (30 days of unlimited classes). You then simply book yourself into the class you would like to participate in.

What if I need to cancel a class?

You can book classes weeks in advance but you MUST CANCEL yourself out of a class more than 24 hours beforehand if you can not make it in order to not lose your class credit.

What is your waitlist policy?

If you are on a waitlist you can cancel out at anytime without penalty. However, if you are on a waitlist you must be prepared to be put into a class up to 2 hours before the class starts as often people cancel at the last minute. It is always best to take yourself off a waitlist if you have decided you can't make a class in order to allow others the opportunity to have the spot.
